I have never been in a long distance relationship, and I just got involve with one recently, and I've no idea how to go about it. Help? How to deal with a long distance relationship?
Give the other person space to do what they want, but be sure to make time for them, too! You don't want to be calling them constantly, but the two of you can at least talk on the phone for 30 minutes to an hour every day or write to each other. How to deal with a long distance relationship?
use the phone!
idk who cares do something
how long is this long distance relationship?
me and my boyfriend where in one for 9 months before we broke up and its just trust and communication that keeps it going really, i also thinks it depends on the age, we were 17 and 19. and dont put too much preasure on it either, it'l be okay :) good luck for your future relationship.
It'll be okay as long as you guys are still keep in touch. We've got phone, facebook, myspace, skype, msn and all of those kinda stuffs. Use Skype better!
Long distance relationship.. is it like countries or? my boyfriend and I are a few country apart. We chat on the phone and online. I guess trust and commitment should be there. If not there is no point going on. I must say it's difficult. You need extra effort than usual to make the relationship works and both of you must be willingly. Good luck
I had to be in one of those for a while. Then he moved back again ! =D
It's pretty bad at first (this is assuming you have met and hungout alot before and didn't meet over the internet or something like that) But all it really does is make you appreciate eachother more. You could talk online, like MSN %26amp; Skype, and also on the phone. Aloooot on the phone haha. Just make sure that you don't get carried away with it and lose out on doing real things like seeing your friends so you can stay online and talk to them. It's not so badd =D
Haha, my one problem with it was the hugelymassive phone bills =]
So then my parents put me on an unlimited mobile plan and it was all good =D
Oh, one last thing, try not to be too clingy to the person - like making them feel guilty if they go somewhere to have fun and they can't talk to you. That can be annoying.
Hope it works out for you ! =D
asking this just shows you can't handle one.
i can't handle them either):
im currently in a long distance relationship myself. i got together with my boyfriend during his senior year (class of 08) when he graduated he went to college that was about 10 hours away from here. at that time i was about to be a junior in high school. it was kinda hard at first because i wasnt used to not being able to see him everyday. plus the fact that my first long distance relationship failed (because i was young and it wasnt real love). well anyways all im telling you is that it will work if you love him and if you both make it work! talk daily! phone and webcam is key :) i am still with my boyfriend today and he just left again back to college. i see him during his school breaks when he comes back to visit. i also think that long distance relationships work if they are temporary (as in if you are sure you're going to be with him in the future.. like move in together after?) well yeah. good luck!
