How do u deal with long distance relationships?

I meet this really nice girl on the internet. and i don't know how to handle this and wat to do so if you have any advise or any experience plz help.How do u deal with long distance relationships?
Most internet relationships cause people to be seen in a better light than they should be. Physical and personal defects are not obvious. People put up the best pictures and have extra time to think about what they're going to say. People are generally nice, but don't expect her to be too great.
