How to deal with A long distance Relationship with an epileptic?

My fiance recently started to have seizures, and his family aren't treating it in a way either of us would like - today he hurt himself and his family far from being panic stricken actually called him later to tell him they where staying out an extra hour. I can't get to him myself and he's often left alone for long periods of time (he's 20) and I have no idea how I could help him when this happens. Has anyone got any suggestions? How to deal with A long distance Relationship with an epileptic?
Why are you so far apart?

It's obvious you care very deeply for him, so perhaps you should do something to reduce the travel time on a permanent basis.

Sometimes, families fail to see those things that others notice, because they take them for granted.

Give this some serious thought, please, for the sake of both of you!How to deal with A long distance Relationship with an epileptic?
why are you so far apart. he needs some help asap hun
well what you can do is if has a seizure and no one is around is get him to give you the number to his local hospital so in the event of an emergency you'd actually be able to get him an ambulance but obviously you'd have to know his address etc and be on the phone for a while to guide them to the house and inform them they would probably have to break down a door
You all need to move closer to some family to help him because you don't want them blaming you when he get really hurt.
Break up wiv him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
